Good as this session is all about them :)
Hill efforts, hopefully in the valley but knowing our summers no doubt at least one on the pit path.
Meet at Norton Hill School for an approximate 1 mile run to the hill
Please note: session location may change to winter hills depending on weather/light (meeting point will be Norton Hill either way). The summer hill is off-road so trail shoes are recommended but not essential.
