A session for leaders, coaches and prospective leaders to go through warm ups, main sessions, intro into running form/observation and explore ways to manage groups and deliver mixed ability sessions. Led by EA coach Kerry Newell.
Followed by the delivery of a 1 hour senior session at 1930.
