The second of our monthly Sport shall Sessions for 2026.
New for 2026 we shall use these sessions to help make sure you have all the fundamentals correct to get the most out of your running with additional focus on form, technique as well as strength and conditioning.
The main aim of these Sports Hall sessions is to have fun and potentially prevent injury
Please meet in the main Sports Hall on the upper level area overlooking the hall NOT THE OLD GYM.
