Tim Fricker is taking charge this week for a Cross Country route starting from the carpark by Five Arches/Greenway carpark.
There will be a 5 miles and 3.5 mile mile option. Take the opportunity to have a social run and take in the countryside.
Ideal for getting in some miles while saving your legs ahead of the Chew Valley 10k on Sunday!
