Seniors are joining us for this session which is approx 7.25k with mixture of quiet road sections and off road trails. As always when we are on road sections, keep in single file and run facing towards oncoming vehicles and always listen to any coach instructions. We have a route which should avoid livestock but this can not be 100% guaranteed.
As always, we can never have to many adults on sessions like these so if we have any intrepid parents out there who would like to join us you would be more than welcome.
