This week we split into 2 groups and head out for either a 5K or 10K Road Run with some added Fartlek fun.
Nothing to strenuous but we will want to see some effort on occasions.
Hi-viz required and also if you have a head torch would be advisable to also bring with you.
If you need a Hi-Viz or want a head torch these can be ordered on the Clubpal store.
