The Juniors have use of the track this week and the coach team are busy behind the scenes formulatind a new Time Trial Session which potentially offers those athletes that wish to go ‘The Extra Mile’ the option to!

Matt hopes to lead a throws based session which will be determined by the weather and daylight conditions. This will be limited in numbers
