The Kings Arms Triangle is back,
As usual we shall meet at Downaide where the coaches will brief all athletes before a short warm up to activate your bodies before we make the short trip out the entrance of Downaide to the Kings Arms where we shall start this session.
Don't forget your hi viz as we are offsite and this session is undertaken on roads. This will strictly be enforced as a no hi viz no participation for your safety. Hi viv can be purchased from clubpal store and collected on club nights as long as ordered 24 hours prior to session start.
