Youth - Active Recovery Repeats (TERM 1)

As we enter October we have a session suitable for all  which will be guaranteed to be full of fun and laughter to get you  into your stride.

We shall take a steady slow jog up to the pavilion as a warm up followed by some middle distance drills with active recovery built in. As we are offsite a hiviz IS required.

There is also potential for a S&C session with a small group in the Old Gym dependent on coach numbers
