With Winter starting to make an appearance and wet weather starts to turn fields into swamps we shall have a deviation of our usual xc with parlouf relays in pairs .
Head torches are required for this session as well as hi viz.
This session is again suitable for all with the added benefit that if you wish to put in some effort there will be the opportunity for this.
