This session is taking place at Hayes Park. You have two options. Either meet slightly earlier at the usual location of the Centurion Hotel (1915) for a group run down. The run from Centurion to Hayes Park is around 1.8 miles. Alternatively make your own way to Hayes Park for 1930.
