A slow steady warm up for all as we head out for the short trip to Stratton before we have a short burst of effort before its all over.
Then we have a steady chatty pace run / walk back to base for a cool down and the all important results!
Again where possible we may offer a alternative Throws Conditioning session in the old gym but again dependent on coach availability.
