Making the most of the extra light (& hopefully good weather) we have again split the session into 2.
We will split the group with approx 2 groups of 6 remaining at Chilcompton Sports to focus on throws, both Shot & Javelin.
The rest will venture off site to lay down a 1 mile time trial pb on our out and back course in Stratton.
If the weather is not favourable for a throws group, all will take part in the 1 Mile TT.
