This week we head out for a short Road Run with some added Fartlek work and return to the old gym for somefurther team building fun courtesy of Matt.
Nothing to strenuous but we will want to see some effort on occasions.
Hi-viz required and also if you have a head torch would be advisable to also bring with you.
