In a change to our advertised session (10k Fartlek). Join us for a special session on the field with experienced EA coach Kerry Newell. As a one off this session will be held on the field at Norton Hill School. Come along and give it a try, you may pick up a few tips along the way.
You may want to bring along a water bottle, especially if the warm weather continues.
Kerry will be working with our own club coaches and leaders (and a few new future leaders) who will be helping run this session.
