A high-viz bib with reflective strips is required for all winter and low-light sessions; neon colours alone do not provide sufficient visibility in the dark. If you don't have one you can purchase from our club store at somerac.clubpal.app/store.
Please attend sessions with appropriate footwear, speak to a coach if you are unsure.
Headphones are discouraged for safety and communication reasons; if you choose to wear them, you do so entirely at your own risk and remain fully responsible for your own safety and awareness of your surroundings.
As an athlete, coach, parent or volunteer by taking part in our sessions you agree to follow the relevant UK Athletics (UKA) Code of Conduct(s) which can be found at somerac.org.uk/code-of-conduct.
You also acknowledge you will accept and follow all relevant club polices and procedures which can be found at somerac.org.uk/policies.
Running however safely organised, carries a certain amount of risk. All activities are voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. If you have a pre-existing medical condition that you think may place you at an increased risk when running please seek medical advice before joining a session.
